Why we travel slowly

Camp in Syria's coastal mountains

Most itineraries are built to cover ground. Ours are built to leave room. At Juzoor we design every journey around one idea: you remember a place by the time you spend with it, not by how many places you tick off.

Fewer stops, longer stays

We would rather spend a whole afternoon in one old quarter than rush through three. That leaves time to sit in a café, follow a lane that was not on the plan, or stay for one more cup of tea when someone starts telling a story.

Small groups on purpose

A small group can walk into a family-run kitchen, share a trail without crowding it, and change plans when the weather or the mood asks for it. It also means the people who host us are guests in the experience too, not just a backdrop.

Practical care is part of the journey

Slow does not mean loose. We plan transport, timing, rest and safety carefully so that you can stop thinking about logistics and start paying attention to where you are.

If this is how you like to travel, tell us about your trip and a real person from our team will reply.
